Business Development Executive (MFP / Photocopier)

Job Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for photocopier and multifunction printer (MFP) rental, leasing and sales.
• Actively prospect potential customers through cold calling, networking, referrals and on-site visits.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, SMEs, educational institutions and other businesses.
• Conduct customer visits, assess printing requirements and recommend suitable copier solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and sales presentations to prospective customers.
• Negotiate commercial terms and close sales to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Follow up on enquiries, quotations, contract renewals and potential sales opportunities.
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales activities and pipeline updates in the company's CRM system.
• Coordinate with technical, operations and administrative teams to ensure smooth installation and customer onboarding.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and identify opportunities to expand the customer base.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM / STPM / Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or related fields.
• Must possess own transportation and a valid driving licence.
• Willing to travel for customer appointments within Kuala Lumpur, Selangor and Putrajaya.
• Previous experience in B2B sales, business development, office equipment, IT solutions or photocopier industry is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, target-driven and results-oriented.
• Able to work independently, manage appointments and generate new business leads.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM applications.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.
