Which areas does MYCOPIERS cover?
MYCOPIERS directly serves commercial and industrial areas across Selangor, Kuala Lumpur and Putrajaya. All logistics, machine testing and technician dispatch are handled from our central workshop in Sunway Damansara, Petaling Jaya.
Where is the actual MYCOPIERS office and workshop located?
The MYCOPIERS office and technical workshop is located at No. 8, Jalan PJU 3/49, Sunway Damansara, 47810 Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia. We operate as a dedicated regional service territory from this single facility and do not maintain separate branch offices.
Are toner, spare parts and maintenance included?
Yes. Standard rental agreements include machine hardware, toner cartridges, spare parts replacement and routine technical servicing. Paper is supplied separately, and per-page usage charges apply based on agreed monthly volume.
How does the RM55 promotion differ from standard rental plans?
The RM55 promotion is a dedicated campaign starting from RM55/month for eligible businesses subject to machine availability and campaign terms. In contrast, standard rental plans (Startup Plan from RM68/month, Office Growth from RM98/month, Premium Colour from RM118/month, and High-Volume from RM148/month) provide ongoing, structured options across wider model classes and print speeds.
Are printing charges and paper separate from the monthly rental fee?
Yes. Monthly rental fees cover machine hardware, toner cartridges, spare parts, and scheduled maintenance. Paper is supplied by the customer, and copy charges (cost per page printed or copied) are billed separately based on agreed meter rates set in your itemised quotation.
Do you provide installation and staff training?
Yes. All rental solutions include on-site delivery, network printer and scanner driver installation, and staff onboarding training, with the specific scope confirmed in your quotation.
How do I choose a suitable copier for my office?
We evaluate monthly printing volume, colour versus monochrome output needs, paper sizes (A4/A3), user count, network workflow and budget before recommending an optimal machine class.
What is MYCARE?
MYCARE is our dedicated customer service platform providing centralised access to copier records, service assistance logging, meter reading submissions, technician reports and billing history.
Can I buy a copier instead of renting?
Yes. In addition to rentals, MYCOPIERS supplies quality-assured workshop-refurbished copiers and selected newer-generation multifunction printers for outright purchase with warranty and ongoing service options.
